I came in to get a bleach root touch up and banding correction. The banding was from my previous stylist who I had been going to for years but stopped seeing for multiple reasons. I decided to give Karlee a try and I am so glad that I did. Not only was she able to perfectly bleach all of my long overdue root growth, but she also fixed all of the orange/yellow banding left by the previous stylist. Karlee explained everything she was going to do before she did it and explained everything as she was doing it. She was so professional and made sure to take care of my hair. She was up front about her prices. I loved that she kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing okay because I have very bad social anxiety and it’s hard for me to speak up about things. I was extremely nervous going into this (as only one person has ever bleached my hair before) but Karlee took the best care of me. She exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be going back. Thank you to Karlee for being so kind and gentle.

The Reflections establishment, and the boutique inside, are both charming, welcoming, and truly worth visiting. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic salon experience.

I came here in need of a woman's haircut and I loved my experience with my stylist, Tia. She is friendly, sweet, and did a wonderful job with my layered haircut I asked for. She gave a great hair wash as well. Customer service here is 10/10, as I was given peach sparkling water as I waited. I will definitely come back to get my hair colored next!

I went to get my hair cut and colored by Karlee, she was absolutely amazing in the entire process and really helped to explain the way my hair would look, what might look best and gave me a ton of options! I have severe anxiety and very very rarely get a haircut (2nd time in 10 years!) but I felt right at home and very welcome! I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I need my bangs trimmed or a few inches chopped off!
